Places to be, things to do.. and some me time.

I made yesterday mine, mine and mine alone.

You see, fact is that I have three days of seven hour studios a week. Mondays and Tuesdays put together drains me to the core- especially since Tuesdays are usually when my weeks' work is due..

Anyway with all that done with I set out for the city after some real sleep. Headed down to the city for lunch then went to the RMIT Bookshop where art supplies are seriously the cheapest around- the Melbourne Uni one is quite a rip off in terms of pricing if I must say so myself. Stopped at a couple of places around Melbourne and rewarded myself with some purchases just because it's February again, picked up some items from the supermarket.. before heading back to Ormond.

Had dinner and quickly decided I wanted to go down to Victoria Market for the Summer Night Market. Did that- it was crazily busy! The live band playing was pretty good- all clad in Victorian police uniforms, they belted out numbers in a commendable fashion. Met up with Rosie Willink and we slowly walked about the stalls and gasped at the wide array of sumptuous food there was.. stopping to try a piece baklava which was good.. but overpowering for its puny size. After we parted ways I did end up buying wrap pants and a bag.. oh, the guilt.

Came back and had an early night.. it's been getting cold recently!

Off to uni again, but some photos..
